San Luis Obispo - Today, Supervisor Dawn Ortiz-Legg held a virtual event officially launching her re-election campaign and announcing her policy priorities. Dawn was joined by SLO Coastal School District Trustee Mark Buchman, Business Owner and CEO Erik Justesen, and SLO City Council Member Andy Pease, who all made remarks before hearing from Supervisor Dawn.
Supporters lauded Supervisor Ortiz-Legg’s independent leadership, results-driven approach, and ability to build consensus among diverse interests as critical to addressing challenges such as housing affordability, environmental protection, job creation, homelessness, and climate change.
